The United States is Infamous for our Multiple Uniforms. So let's start with the standard Army Infantry.

ARMY INFANTRY

US Infantry - M1943 - Army Infantry, Army Rangers

The M1943 uniform featured a brown undershirt(button down, wool), a pair of dark brown pants, and a tan overcoat. It also featured the stanard issue M1 steel helmet, infantry shoes, and leg gaitors. Most of the gear varies with several options depending on your weapon. However, the haversack, utility shovel and case, canteen pouch, and battle belt were all worn religiously. Notice

US Infantry - HBT Uniform - Army Infantry, Army Rangers

The HBT Uniform was initiated after Operation: Market Garden for mostly all of the Infantry positions deployed to the fronts. The HBT was a more Olive Drab type under uniform, featuring the same over coat as the M1943. The gear remained the same for the most part with little changes depending on the soldier. Notice the difference in pants color from HBT to M1943.

MARINE CORPS

Marine Corps Utility Uniform

Although most of their gear was carried around the web belt that they wore, their uniforms were even more simple to reproduce. Basically a khaki color top and bottom, the Eagle Anchor and Globe are ever present on the pocket. The M1 Steel Helmet is also present in this uniform as well.
