When we decided to develop WWII.WPAirsoft.com, we knew right away that in order to draw people toward our games, we would have to accept the fact that most airsofters only use modern day type weapons. M4s, G36cs, AKs and whatnot. So, one of the first things we worked on was a set of weapons restrictions to help those without the WWII type weapons. But we also knew that we would want to host games with REAL weapons, so our second action was to develop a coding system for our games to allow the player to know how serious in the WWII genre the game was.

The coding system is split into two different catagories: Weapons and Uniforms. Using these systems, we will allow the player to distinguise what kind of a game is being hosted.

UNIFORM RESTRICTIONS
M
Wear what you want. No Restrictions. Arm Bands will be used to signify teams.
M
Tan vs. Green. T-Shirts will be allowed, but must apply to color scheme.
M
Tan and Multicam vs. BDU and Digital. No Jeans or T-Shirts
M
WWII Camoflage Only. Mixed Units will be allowed
M
WWII Camouflage Only, must be unit accurate. Complete Loadouts.

WEAPON RESTRICTIONS
M
All weapons are allowed with no restrictions on fire.
M
All weapons are allowed with limited restrictions to firing.
M
WWII or Matched guns only(Garand to M14 and so forth). Full restrictions on fire.
M
WWII guns only. Alignment will not be enforced. Full restrictions on fire.
M
WWII guns only. Must be correct alignment. Full restrictions on fire.

Now, naturally, if we are playing a double blue game and you wear a WWII uniform, you will not be turned away. We always encourage those with WWII loadouts to wear them to any game we host, regardless of the code. The code is simply in place to allow all players to enjoy the ruleset and games without the inconveinence of needing to buy the equipment. Feel free to PM any questions on the coding system to a Moderator of the Forums, or an email to the webmaster.
